Fun With Words: Contronyms

I love words. Especially when they do wild and unexpected things. That's why when I found this on reddit I was happily amused.
The word contronym (also the synonym antagonym) is used to refer to words that, by some freak of language evolution, are their own antonyms.
One of my favorites is this one: "apology - admission of fault in what you think, say, or do; formal defense of what you think, say, or do".

It's a very appropriate one, too, because my next post is going to also be an apology. Yes, in both senses of the word. I'll just leave you hanging with that.
