The Google PC

Now this is what the world needs. A Google computer. It's not made by Google, but the operating system (named gOS) is a linux distro (from the Ubuntu branch) made by some very smart people who believed it should be very important to reach all the Google applications easily.

The "g" in gOS actually stands for "green" since the creators of said system also thought it would be a good idea to use some energy-saving factors in their OS. Don't ask me how it'll make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things, though. I'm thinking everyone will associate the "g" with Google, anyway.

The Everex gPC TC2502, selling for $199, will be available at Wal-Mart and will come loaded with the gOS. But it's a desktop PC. Make this thing into a laptop and I'm all in.
