With a Little Help from My Friends

I don't know if you've heard of this Street Light Interference thing. It's an episodic novel, which means it's a collection of several short stories that run together in sequence, and I'm pretty sure it's the very first in the world. It's a novel that's being treated like a TV show where, at the end of the season, the whole season will be sold as a single book.

Anyway... the point is... I'M MAKING IT. And I can't do it alone. I personally don't have the resources to just drop everything and pump this thing out, but I get by with a little help from my friends. I get high with a little help from my friends. Gonna try with a little help from my friends. And Kickstarter. Click that link and you'll be taken to a page describing everything you need to know about Street Light Interference including how you can help! If you decide to help me out with a pledge, the minimum amount is a MEASLY $1! But even if you don't feel like you can give up a single Washington, the best thing in the world you can do the help is by spreading the word!

Copy and paste that sucker into every text field on the Internet. Status updates, emails, tweets, comments, blog posts, Tumbls, IMs, text messages, reddit, and YES... even New Digg. The page to which that link directs must fall in front of as MANY EYES AS POSSIBLE! And it'll die without a little help from my friends. YOU! Each and every one of you. Including you. But not you. You know who you are. /glare

To the right of the page you will see a widget explaining how far along we are in our goal to raise $5,000. At the time of me writing this, we've collected a WHOPPING total of $25 in pledges! Let's keep going! Why? Because you love to read, but you're bummed that there aren't enough good novels out there and that if you do find one it takes so frakkin long to read. And believe me, if SLI becomes a success, there is plenty more where that came from. (I could totally do this for a living.)

I love each and every one of you. But I might have a preference to those who help me make this dream of mine a reality. ;-)
