Archer goes crazy and tries to protect a hatchery full of Xindi bugs.

Review
I'll make this brief because as soon as a Xindi Insectoid egg spits on Archer you can pretty much write the rest of the episode yourself and come up with something a lot more interesting than what actually happens. It starts off interestingly enough. They find a Xindi Insectoid ship crashed on a random uninhabited planet. A chance to check out a weird alien insectoid race, right? We'll see about that...

When they go down to check it out, they find that the Xindi Insectoid crew are all dead and that they have a hatchery on board. When Archer checks out the hatchery, one of the eggs spits on him, and everyone ignores it in the stereotypical way that characters do when something is supposed to be significant later on.
You appear to have a mild plot device on your face, but you'll be fine.
When Phlox examines the Xindi Insectoids, he finds that they don't have genders. Instead, they gather biological information from other species and use that information to make more of themselves. Meanwhile, Archer commands Trip to fix the power on the Xindi ship so the Xindi eggs don't die. When Trip objects, Archer insists that it's very important that his babies live. And still no one has any idea what's going on.

Later on, a Xindi Insectoid ship comes in range and Reed fires at it. Archer takes a break from working in the hatchery to see what was going on and yells at Reed for killing the only people who might be able to save his bug babies. Archer posts MACOs to guard the hatchery and replaces Reed with Hayes and that's when T'Pol starts to suspect something is wrong. She bluntly refuses to follow one of Archer's orders and Archer consequently puts her off duty and sends her to her quarters.

Well, now Archer is all kinds of crazy, so Trip and Reed organize an insurrection. They stealthily get past the MACOs (who, apparently, are only able to do as they're ordered), and break T'Pol out of her quarters and find Archer in the hatchery. They confront him about how crazy he's being, but all he can do is pet and care for his little bug babies. Phase pistol set to stun, Trip fires at Archer. AND IT'S AS EASY AS THAT.
Oh, boy.
Back on Enterprise, Archer is put through the main scanning chamber in sickbay, and Phlox discovers that the captain had been "reverse-imprinted" with the Xindi eggs by the egg spit. Subconsciously, he had been caring for the Xindi babies to the exclusion of everything else. Phlox is able to reverse the effect, and they continue on to Azati Prime. And they all lived happily ever after and learned a valuable lesson about MACOs being mindless zombies.

Overall Thoughts
Skip it. For real. Don't give this one any thought. Completely worthless.
