Reviews
In the last episode, the Enterprise brought the Tellarites and the Andorians together in peace to gather sensor readings from the Romulan drone, and the Romulans are none too happy about that. The Romulan plan was to put them to war, so to accomplish that end, they released not one, but two drones this time. Both of them piloted by the same white-skinned Andorian called an Aenar. We learn that this is their name when T'Pol tells the crew that the readings they picked up from the drone indicate that it's operated by "telepresence", something that requires telepathy, which the Aenar, according to Shran, have in abundance.

So the plan is for the crew to build a telepresence device to disrupt the signal from the drone, but it's not long until Shran finds out that the brainwave pattern being sent to the drone is Aenar. He explains that the Aenar is a reclusive, blind, ice-dwelling subspecies of Andorian. They are pacifist and rarely get involved in the affairs of the Andorians on the surface. The fact that an Aenar brainwave pattern is coming from a drone that has already killed dozens of people is shocking. So, they head over to Andoria for two reasons: 1) to find out which Aenar would be helping the drone and 2) to find someone to help operate their own telepresence device.

When they get to Aenarland, Shran and Archer slip down some slippery ice and Shran takes a icicle to the knee.
I used to be a Space Smurf like you...
The kindly Aenar come along to help him out and that's when Archer asks for their help with the telepresence drone. The Aenar, obviously, refuse as the peaceful, pacifistic Ice Hippies that they are. But one of the Aenar, who happens to be the sister of the guy they believe to be in control of the drone, wants to help. So she rebels and joins the Enterprise crew.

Meanwhile, Trip and T'Pol are at work making a telepresence device while Trip agnsts about not being able to feel emotion from a Vulcan.
WHY WON'T YOU LOVE ME?
The rest of the episode is basically just the female Aenar whining about her brother being forced to run the drones and Trip whining about T'Pol being a T'Pol. It's an angst fest until the drones come along to cause trouble. They huff and puff and attempt to blow the Enterprise down, but then the female Aenar jumps in the telepresence device and starts to communicate with her brother who is back on Romulus piloting the drones.

"Stop!" she says.

"But they'll kill me!" he says.

"But you're a pacifist Ice-Smurf and you're killing other people and stuff!" she says.

"You're right!" he cries. He stops, makes the drones destroy themselves, the Romulans kill him, and the sister takes it rather well.

Meanwhile, after all that, Trip's angst leads him to request a transfer to Colombia. WHAT!? You can't leave, Trip!

Overall Thoughts
Yeah, this one kind of sucked. I mean, it was part of a pretty great three-parter about Romulans, but it really went downhill from the last one. But you should still watch it to find out what eventually happens in the Romulan drone storyline. Or you could just read it here. That works, too.
