Review
So the Enterprise is on their way to check out the site for a possible starbase when they run into an Orion ship. The commander of the ship, Harrad-Sar, makes an offer that Archer apparently can't refuse. He offers information about a planet with magnesite deposits in exchange for a portion of the profits from mining it. But he really sweetens the deal when he offers to open relations between Earth and the Orion Syndicate. To celebrate the deal, Harrad-Sar gives Archer three Orion slave girls, and, for some reason, Archer takes them.

After a while, the men on board the ship become preoccupied, some of the women get headaches. Couldn't possibly be from the new green-skins on board, could it? It's not long before the guys start getting really aggressive. Reed and Travis are able to work through it in the gym, but Kelby, Trip's replacement, starts getting his feathers ruffled and starts a territorial fight with Trip. One of the Orions even "THANKS" Kelby for showing her around engineering and that's when Kelby really gets aggravated enough to elicit redshirt-levels of danger. At the Orion girl's suggestion, he sabotages the ships engines and picks a fight with Trip.
You will never see this face again.
Well, Phlox eventually determines that the Orion girls are emitting pheromones that are greatly affecting the entire crew. They're even putting him to sleep. Which is always amusing to watch. The only people who aren't affected are T'Pol and Trip. Now, Vulcans are naturally immune, but T'Pol surmises that because she and Trip did the nasty, they now share a telepathic bond that is keeping him immune, too. The lesson here is, sex with Vulcans will keep you safe from Orions. Or having a relationship with an emotionless nag will keep you safe from sluts? In either case, the psychic bond also explains the day dreams the two have been having. And Trip finally admits to it.

When Archer discovers that the Orion girls have been communicating with Harrad-Sar, he confines them to the Sexy, Sexy Decon Chamber. Which, to be honest, is the only logical place for them to be.
The Sexy, Sexy Decon Chamber hasn't been so sexy in a while.
In the meantime, T'Pol and Trip fix the damage done to the engines by that n00b, Kelby. Which gives them plenty of time to work out their angst.

Eventually Harrad-Sar catches up to the Enterprise and starts attacking while Archer leaves the women who use sex as a weapon safely guarded by two fine young bachelors. In the midst of the fight, Harrad-Sar reveals that it's the Orion men who are the slaves, not the men. By using a grappling hook to tow the Enterprise along, he is just following orders. That's when the Orion women come on board the bridge because, apparently, their situation in the Sexy, Sexy Decon Chamber wasn't secure enough. Their pheromones start affecting Archer and he orders T'Pol's arrest, but that's when Trip comes in and stuns Archer, not giving in to the Orion girls' advances. Defeated, the Orions return to their ship.

Later, while everyone is recovering from the Orions, Trip gets T'Pol to admit that she wants him to stay. And after a kiss, he admits that he'd already requested the transfer. Hooray, Tri'Pol!

Overall Thoughts
Well, the Tri'Pol subplot is really the star of the show here. Sure, it's nice to see some scantily clad Orion women run amok on the Enterprise, but the story itself leaves a little to be desired. If you want to skip this one, you can go ahead, just know that Trip and T'Pol make amends Trip comes back to Enterprise.
