Review
So, it turns out that the entire crew came down with some kind of sickness, but Bones was able to cure everyone in time. Everyone except Spock. When Spock starts showing symptoms, Bones reveals that the sickness is deadly to Vulcans. So, instead of asking why Bones kept this information a secret until it was a probelm, Kirk tries to figure out how to get his hands on a cure.

The closest planet with the needed ingredient for the cure would take four days to get there and Spock is going to die in three days. So Kirk arranges to meet another vessel halfway. Unfortunately, the other vessel gets attacked by Orions. Male Orions. These guys are pirates. They don't destroy the ship, but they take everything on it. Including Spock's medicine.
Yeh, brah. Totally snagged the bud.
So Kirk is left with nothing left to do but go after the douche bags. When they catch up to the Orions, the pirates duck into an asteroid field. This asteroid field is full of some kind of substance that explodes with a chain reaction upon contact with antimatter. When the Orions find they've been caught, they organize a deal with Kirk. They'll go down to one of the asteroids and negotiate a deal. But the guy the Orions sent has an antimatter bomb! OH NO! If it goes off, the entire area will go up in flames destroying both the Enterprise and the Orion ship. Which is cool because every failed Orion mission ends in suicide, apparently.

Well, the Orion and Kirk get into a fight on the Sweet Cuppin' Cakes asteroid while back on the Enterprise, Scotty locks on to the antimatter bomb and beams everyone up safely. With everyone safe, they get the cure for Spock, everyone lives happily ever after and learn a valuable lesson on how to pronounce "Orion".

Overall Thoughts
Apparently everyone was mispronouncing Orion in this episode because there was no pronunciation guide with the script as there was with every other script. But it was really, really annoying. I didn't know whether to include them with the sexy female Orions or see them as a completely new race. The rest of the story wasn't so bad, although it may have been a little drawn-out.
